As you prepare for the Fall fashion season (yes, it will be upon you soon!) and the transition of clothes and shoes to flow with the season, don’t forget to grab a healthy snack as you walk out the door!
Danon Activia is a yummy and healthy snack that can take you through the day. One of my girlfriends tried the yogurt for the first time this weekend. Now, she’s not a yogurt fan, but with her family full of unscheduled eaters, digestive irregularity frequents their home. She was pleased to see that Dannon’s Activia Yogurt addresses this issue.
According to the Activia website (www.activia.us.com), “Activia is a lowfat yogurt from Dannon that contains Bifidus Regularis, a natural probiotic culture that can help regulate your digestive system by helping reduce long intestinal transit time. Fashionistas, my girlfriend again is not a yogurt fan but she says what a difference a a tasty daily yogurt can make! She said her feels better than it has felt in a long time!
With a variety of flavors, you’re bound to find at least one you’ll enjoy. The benefits out weigh the uninterest of a person who doesn’t enjoy yogurt regularly.
